STEP 01: Create your account with us. Click here

  1. Fill out your profile.
  2. Choose from our different eNotary plans. Contact us for more information.
  3. Upload and submit your credentials into our Portal. This includes your commission information, insurance, and other documents. See “Requirements” below for further details.

STEP 02: Get approved by our team

  1. Receive access to our library of training resources.
  2. Train with our all-star team on your terms. We’ll get you ready to take real calls as an eNotary.

STEP 03: Start working!

  1. Choose when you work and set your own hours.
  2. Get paid for each completed transaction.
  3. Leave the recordkeeping to us. We provide your electronic journal, which you can access at any time.

Create eNotary Account View Requirements

Requirements:

Here’s the full list of notary documents you’ll need to upload. It looks like a lot, but don’t worry—we're here to help. When you start uploading, our Portal will explain where to find everything you need, and you can always contact our team here for any questions you might have.

  • A traditional notary commission from Nevada.
  • An online notarial commission ('eNotary') from Nevada. - Click here for the application. Once completed, please select Online Notary Center as your electronic device provider in the registration process, the registration fee is $50 to the Secretary of State.
  • A surety bond and at least $25,000 in Error & Omission insurance
  • An SSL digital certificate from IdenTrust. The SSL digital certificate you need to purchase from IdenTrust is called: “IGC Basic Assurance Unaffiliated Software Certificate.” (if you chose our Premium Plan, don’t worry about this one—we’ll take care of it for you).
  • A signature and seal. This will be used to notarize documents. Make sure your digital signature matches the wet signature you used to sign your traditional notarial commission.
  • An exemplar and seal letter, which our team will send you as soon as we’ve reviewed your profile. - What is an exemplar letter?
