Before you start notarizing, you'll have to submit an application and complete training. If you have not done so already, you will also need to register as an eNotary with the State of Nevada. Currently, we aren't taking notaries outside of Nevada, but we'll be working on adding more states soon. Check back often for updates!

Yes! As of 2020, at least 43 states have authorized notary publics to perform remote online notarizations (RONs), and this number is only expected to grow. At Online Notary Center, our notaries are registered with the State of Nevada, but our users come from all across the country.

We won't charge you if you miss your appointment. However, you’ll have to re-schedule in order to get another appointment.
Yes, you must be at least 18 years of age to get your document notarized. If you are under 18, you are considered a minor and any contract you sign will not be legally binding. There are exceptions for emancipated minors and for contracts involving essential items like medicine, food, and medical services.
On average, a virtual meeting for notarization will take about 10 minutes. This time may vary depending on the number of pages in the document and the number of signatures required.
